COPPELL, OCTOBER 20, 2015 – IDIS announced the expansion of its American sales team today, including the appointment of an additional Regional Sales Manager and Head of North American Inside Sales, at the company’s Dallas-area regional headquarters. These appointments follow the debut of IDIS America in April 2015 and the announcement of the company’s regional sales structure in August.
The latest additions to the IDIS America sales team are:
JOSH KEATON
Josh Keaton has been appointed Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada. Based in Rochester, New York, Keaton brings a wealth of experience working in both IP telephony and video surveillance, with success working with both systems integrators and distribution partners. Prior to joining IDIS, Keaton worked with Video Insight as a Business Development Territory Manager focusing on systems integrators and end users, and at Bosch Security Systems, where he focused on the IT distribution market. He has a track record of successful sales relationships in a range of key verticals from education, healthcare, municipal governments, and transportation.
JORDAN DOBBS
Jordan Dobbs has been named Head of North American Inside Sales, based out of the company’s Dallas-area regional headquarters. Prior to joining IDIS, Dobbs served as Inside Sales Team Lead responsible for western North America for Avigilon, where his primary focus was driving new opportunities and managing the regional sales channel. In his prior role, Dobbs held responsibility for the managing, training, and mentoring of an inside sales team and developed related company manuals and resources. Dobbs will bring this experience and expertise to the performance of his new role as Head of Inside Sales for IDIS America.
KIM NGUYEN
Kim Nguyen is the newly appointed Sales Operations Specialist for IDIS America. Nguyen brings a decade of sales, marketing, and operations experience that includes elements of security and technology. She has demonstrable expertise in supporting sales channels and client experience management in sales and marketing support roles for the Dallas Morning News, Wall Street Journal, and the University of Oklahoma. Nguyen brings this wealth of experience to the sales operations efforts at IDIS America and will work closely with the sales team and IDIS leadership to generate new revenue and maintain optimal client relationships.
